Change Email Address

Changing the email address is a simple process if you have used an existing blockchain wallet on BlinkPlanet.

Click Change Email

  1. Type your new email address into the text box.

  1. Confirm your new email address by typing it into the second text box below.

  1. Click Submit to continue with the change to your email address

To confirm your new email address, BlinkPlanet will send an OTP to your new email inbox.

  1. Go to your inbox (NEW email address) and retrieve the OTP

  1. Type the OTP into the 6 boxes provided.

Confirm that you requested the change in email address, Click Confirm.

If you have a Magic Wallet generated from the BlinkPlanet Studios Online Shop, you will need to follow a few extra steps to ensure continued access and connection to BlinkPlanet. You will need to export your private key details to a safe place.

Click Change Email

If you haven’t already done so, export your private key now.

  1. Type CHANGE into the text box

  1. Click the check box “I confirm I’ve exported my private key.”

  1. Click the checkbox “I accept the Terms & Conditions.”

Be sure that you want to change your email address and that you have read the Terms & Conditions

  1. Click Change Email

  1. Type your new email address into the text box.

  1. Confirm your new email address by typing it into the second text box below.

  1. Click Submit to continue with the change to your email address

To confirm your new email address, BlinkPlanet will send an OTP to your new email inbox.

  1. Go to your inbox (NEW email address) and retrieve the OTP

  1. Type the OTP into the 6 boxes provided.

Confirm that you requested the change in email address, Click Confirm.
