Problems Resolving the Auction

If there is a problem with resolving the auction with the highest bid, you have the option to resolve with the next highest.

Most of the time, the payment methods used to secure auction bids ensure that the committed funds are available at the end of the auction. However, sometimes, we cannot reconcile the bid amount with the payment method chosen by the bidder.

If this occurs, you will be given the opportunity to resolve your action with the next highest bid.

You can see the next highest bid amount in the Bids table.

Click Resolve with next bid to continue with the next highest offer.

This will prompt you to log in to your blockchain wallet, to accept the transfer of funds from the buyer to your wallet.

Your auction has been resolved and the funds are in your wallet. You can view the transaction on the Blockchain Explorer.
