Complete KYC to verify your identity. If your accumulated purchases reach the predefined limit, you will not be able to purchase any more digital art or collectables until you have completed KYC.

If your accumulated purchases are below $5,000, you can purchase without completing the KYC identity verification. However, if your shopping cart and cumulative purchases exceed $5,000, you must verify your identity with a government-issued ID (ID card, driving license, or passport).

Verifying your identity before you buy from our online shop is an important step to ensuring a secure transaction.

While you can complete your identity verification on the BlinkPlanet Studios Online Shop, the check is actually done by a third-party expert in online identity verification, Shufti Pro.

Complete KYC

As a purchasing user, you will have the option to go through the KYC process from three locations. The first is on your profile drop-down menu page when you are logged in.

The second location where you will be given the opportunity to complete KYC is from your shopping cart - if your previous purchases and your current shopping cart exceed $5000

From both of the pages shown above, you will click Start KYC

From the checkout page shown above, you will click Complete KYC.

Follow the instructions carefully, and your account should be confirmed soon after.

Start KYC

1. Select the language you prefer to use from the dropdown menu.

2. Tick the checkbox to confirm you agree to the statement and that you agree to the privacy policy provided by ShuftiPro.

If you prefer to complete the verification from a mobile device, click the QR icon to perform verification from your mobile. and scan the provided QR code.

Select the issuing country from the dropdown menu and the type of government-issued identification document you want to use. For demonstration purposes, we are using a passport.

It's a good idea to have your ID available before you start the KYC process. Your session may time out if you can't immediately find the appropriate document.

Using the arrows after each of the options, select whether you want to use a photograph or a video to upload your ID. If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, you can use the attached camera. Alternatively, you can switch to using a mobile device by clicking the QR code in the top right of the window.

Sometimes it's easier to get a clear photo or video using a mobile device because it is more manoeuvrable, and you can adjust for light and reflection more easily.

Click or tap (on mobile) the Camera Icon to capture your ID image.

You can always review your image before submitting it.

Ensure that the image is clear and that all appropriate identifying codes and pictures are in focus. Also, ensure that the whole document is in the shot and that no pertinent information extends beyond the edges of the frame.

If the image is clear and correct, Click Continue.

If the image is incorrect in any way, Click Try Again.

The identification document will be rejected if you try to submit an image or video that does not fit the required standard.

If the ID document upload is accepted, you will be asked to confirm your identity details.

Now, you will verify your identification document with real-time facial recognition via photo or video.

Select either Take a Photo or Record using the arrows next to each option.

Once you have completed all aspects of the verification process, you will see this screen.

You will then be redirected to the page from which you began the KYC process. This could be your profile drop-down menu, shopping cart or checkout page.
