Under Billing History, you can find all your transactions on the BlinkPlanet Studios online shop.
Here, BlinkPlanet will collate payments and transactions made on purchases from artists or from the Secondary Marketplace. Go to My Account > Billing History
You can request a refund from the billing history. Refunds are available for purchased artworks as long as an NFT has NOT been minted.
This will open a dropdown menu. Select Request Refund
❌ If you attempt to request a refund for a purchase that you have already minted the NFT, you will see this screen.
If you have not minted an NFT, you can proceed with your refund request.
Type your reason for requesting a refund in the text box.
Click Submit
✅Your refund request has been submitted.
You will receive a notification when it has been reviewed and processed or rejected.
The transaction will remain on your billing history.
The Status will change to Refunded.
You cannot request a refund for a digital asset purchased in a Drop - the terms and conditions for Drops explicitly state that digital assets are non-refundable.
Click the menu icon for the transaction you wish to be refunded.
If an of the digital asset has already been minted, it is impossible to issue a refund.
